A sub-user is much like an independent user of the Software with the difference that this account is within another user account of the Software. Should you be a sole proprietor, then your name will need to be mentioned on your offer. You will undertake this and other reasonable effort to ensure that you are not representing Software or Mintware, and are in a possession of an authorized license as an Agency or Reseller;
  • not use any domain or business name that contains the words of the name of the Software (for example, “ZKart” or “zkart” for ZKart, or “coachzippy” or “coachzippylive” for CoachZippy Live etc.), which might directly or indirectly imply that We are selling this product;
  • provide Your customers with a valid support link to You so that they may contact You for support related issues. While We maintain that We will address all support issues escalated to us from You, or issues presented to us from Your customers, Your customers should have the option of also contacting you for any 1st Level Support issues that they require You to address;
  • not extend the software for as a free offer or bonus to another offer;
  • take notice of Mintware’s recommendation to sell the software at least at the price you first bought it from sales page created and owned by Mintware when sold by You at a one-time price, or sell the Software at a max. of 30% discount of the Software’s price as stated on Mintware’s or the Software’s website (https://mintware.io or the sales page created and owned by Mintware where you first bought this product) when sold on a recurring basis while being cognizant of the non-binding nature of this recommendation;
  • pay a small maintenance fee to Mintware in the event the Agency or Reseller account is active in that it has one or more sub-user accounts in it. The fee will be calculated based on the number of active sub-user accounts in the Agency account and will be $0.79/month per active sub-user account (for the sake of clarity, this is LESS than $1/month per active account, i.e. 79 cents per month per active sub-user account). In the event there are no sub-user accounts in the Agency account, then the Agency account is deemed to be inactive and no maintenance fee will be due. To activate Your Agency or Reseller Account, you will be asked to provide us with information about You and Your business, and a valid payment information. This Section survives termination or expiration of this User Agreement.
